Whilst we hope that you will never have to go through our complaints procedure, however we feel it’s important to have one in place to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Upon receiving your order if there is anything wrong with it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any problems. Once we acknowledge fault, we will exchange items or issue a full refund, as long all returns are and in mint condition fully sealed. We will not issue a refund or exchange on any items that have been unsealed or used.
Any complaint that is not received within 24 hours of delivery will be still be dealt with, however we will not issue a refund or exchange. So once your order is received please make sure you check the item immediately.
